This Chesapeake Virginia woman in her late 40s wanted liposuction of several areas to improve her overall shape, including her buttocks. We designed a unique plan for her, keeping in mind our goal was a more beautiful contour. She had liposuction of her flanks, mid and upper back, lateral chest, and abdomen. The plan was to take this fat from the liposuction and enhance her buttock. I also suggested fat injections to the back of her thighs for a more balanced result. She is very pleased with her result, shown here 4 months after surgery.
