This Virginia Beach woman in her early thirties was interested in liposuction to her abdomen, hip rolls, and buttock fat grafting. She wanted to be shapelier but felt like she did not have the curviness in her trunk area that she desired. We decided that liposuction would give her a great improvement and by reinjecting the fat to the depressed areas on the sides of her buttocks, we would improve her hip waist ratio, making her more curvaceous. The liposuction brought in her sides a little, but what really made a difference was fat grafting to the sides. Volume was also added to a number of other areas of her buttock for more projection and natural look. She is extremely pleased with the result.
