Liposuction to hiprolls with Tummy Tuck.
This 43-year-old Virginia Beach professional was bothered by the extra roll of skin on his abdomen due to years of weight fluctuations. Although he is now at his ideal weight, he was still bothered by the accumulation of fat in the hip roll area. He decided to have abdominoplasty to address the loose skin and he had liposuction of the hip rolls. He did not want to have muscle tightening at the same time as the tummy tuck because he felt that his muscle tone was good from exercise. Prior to surgery, we discussed the placement of his scar just beneath his boxers. These after surgery pictures are actually a year and 4 months following his surgery. The initial pinkness of his scar has faded to white. He is extremely happy with the contour of his abdomen and hip rolls and feels that even when he sits, his stomach no longer hangs over his belt.
