This Virginia Beach woman in her mid-thirties was in very good shape, however she wanted some refinement to her trunk and buttock area. She had liposuction to her abdomen, upper and mid back and flanks in a high definition pattern. The fat was suctioned into a canister and then separated and processed for injection. Using a pump for enhanced safety, the fat was then injected to the appropriate areas of her buttocks to provide the sculpting that she was looking for. Because this patient was seeking refinement rather than volume, it was not necessary to inject all of the fat that was suctioned but just an appropriate amount for proper body contour.
