This professional woman in her early 30s returned to the practice following her breast surgery nine months earlier. She is extremely happy with her results and now wishes to address irregularities of her abdomen. Unfortunately, many years earlier, she chose to have liposuction in another country and the results were less than desirable. It appears that the liposuction was a little uneven and overly aggressive. With abdominoplasty we hoped to release some of the scar adhesions and remove considerable skin as well as tighten the muscle. As always, level reference marks were placed during pre-surgical marking to try to get her scar as symmetric as possible. Obviously, she was very pleased with the amount of muscle tightening, skin removal and scar adhesion release that was accomplished.
