This Virginia Beach woman in her mid-forties was not happy with her stomach and waist area. She had very noticeable stretch marks and some excess fat as well. Liposuction alone would remove the fat but leave her with the excess skin and stretch marks. She underwent a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty which pulled the skin downward and tightened her skin to where the marks are less noticeable.
