This Chesapeake Virginia woman in her early forties was interested in liposuction. After a thorough discussion and exam, we found that her main concerns were skin laxity and stretch marks on her abdomen. Liposuction would not be very helpful in this area. Her best result was a tummy tuck with a mons suspension so that her excess skin could be removed, and her stretch mark made less noticeable. She also had liposuction of her hip rolls at the same time. She is thrilled with how her clothes fit now and the scar that is easily hidden beneath her undergarment.
