This patient in her mid-forties was interested in liposuction, buttock fat grafting (case 815) and a tummy tuck. She had previously undergone multiple C-sections and liposuction. By having prior fat removal done, she did not have a lot to harvest and transfer to her buttock. However, with careful planning and prioritizing, we took fat from her medial thighs, mid and upper back, flanks, and lateral chest. This was enough to give her a nice improvement. The abdominoplasty could not hide her previous vertical scar, but it was shortened. She is very pleased with her new shapely contour.
