This patient is in her late thirties from Chesapeake, Virginia and came to see me to correct the sag and loss of volume following childbirth. She wanted her breasts to have better shape and restore the fullness at the top. We decided her best option was to have a full breast lift and at the same time place breast implants. Together we decided on 300cc implants since she not only wanted to fill the hollow above but also desired a significant increase in size. We had a thorough discusssion about the choice of gel versus saline implants. Also, she learned the many advantages of a vertical breast lift over the traditional American techniques. This lift is much more powerful and usually has minimal or no horizontal scar below the breast. This Chesapeake mom is very pleased with the return of her natural, youthful shape.
