This Virginia Beach woman in her late forties was not happy with the shape of her breast. After a thorough exam, discussion and measurements, we decided that implants alone would not achieve the look she wanted. So, she chose to have a breast augmentation with a full lift at the same time. She had a small amount of asymmetry, so we chose a 400cc saline implant on the right and 385 on the left. At the same time there was some breast tissue removed on the sides to enhance her shape. On the left 90 grams was removed and 59 on the right. As you can see, she has a nice result because there was a lot of planning ahead of time to get her more equal on each side.
