This Norfolk Virginia woman in her early thirties came for a consultation after losing about 200 pounds. She was concerned about the sag of her breasts and the lack of fullness at the top. To address this, she underwent a breast augmentation with full lift. She had small saline implants, 290cc, to give her back some fullness. With the full lift, she had 66 grams of breast tissue removed on the right and 93 grams on the left to help the shape of the breast. She also had considerable excess skin on her abdomen and trunk area, so she had an extended tummy tuck a week after her breast surgery. Her results are shown in the Tummy Tuck Gallery, Case 626.
