This patient is a 25 year old from Virginia Beach who wanted to enhance her tall thin frame with breast implants. After a thorough exam and discussion, she decided that she preferred a 350cc saline moderate plus profile implant which would give her slightly more forward projection with less width on the sides. We added slightly more saline on the left side for symmetry.
