This 21-year-old female from the Eastern Shore of Virginia had quite severe symptoms related to her large breasts. A breast reduction was performed with free nipple graft, and over 2000 grams of tissue was removed from each breast. She is extremely happy with the improvement of her symptoms and greater comfort. Loss of some pigment with this specific technique is common. However, she only lost some color in the most central area which she can have tattooed at a later time.
