This Virginia Beach woman in her late twenties had breast augmentation five years ago. Since that time, she has gained some weight and now feels that her breasts sag and are larger than she wishes. We discussed placing smaller implants and at the same time doing a capsulorrophy. This procedure uses sutures that can take a small implant and hold it up higher, closing off the lower pocket and also closing off the side of the pocket. This allows her implants to stay closer to the middle giving her better cleavage from smaller implants. She was still concerned about sag, so we decided to also perform a full lift to improve her shape. She is seen after surgery with a size and shape she is extremely pleased with.
