This Virginia Beach patient in her thirties had saline implants placed over 10 years ago by another surgeon. She was unsure of the size of her implants but she is bothered by the way they fall to the side when lying on her back. She also has concern about visible rippling which is most evident where she is bottomed out and there is abdominal skin over the implant. The patient underwent a capsulorrhaphy with periareolar incision and new saline implants were placed beneath the muscle. Her right side went from 332cc to 416cc and the left from 324cc to 402cc.
