This Virginia Beach woman in her late twenties had gel implants placed 5 years earlier by another surgeon. She has always been bothered by the right implant sitting lower and causing her discomfort. Upon exam, it was obvious that the right implant and the infra mammary fold were lower, her right nipple points more laterally and is higher on her breast. We decided the best result would be a capsulorrhaphy where permanent sutures are placed to close off the implant pocket, moving the right implant up and in. She also decided to have larger implants during the procedure and went from 350cc to 420cc.
