This young woman from Northeast North Carolina had 390cc implants placed at another practice. She decided a few years later that she still wanted some fullness to her breasts but not her current size. We replaced her implants with 225cc saline implants. Because she was still young and had good shape and elasticity, removing the larger implants did not cause her breasts to sag. She feels more comfortable with her new size.
