This patient is 56 years old and had breast implants for about 20 years. She is at a point in her life where she would like to be much smaller and have her implants removed. Of course, she could always choose smaller implants but did not feel this would result in the size she desired. She chose to have her implants completely removed and have a breast reduction at the same time. She is shown 4 months after surgery and is extremely pleased with her shape, size and comfort.
