In this patient, most of the lower lid rejuvenation was accomplished with fat injections that filled out age-related hollowing. She did have a small amount of fat removed above the area of hollowing and a small amount of skin removed; however, these steps had a minor impact compared to the fat injections taken from her own tissues and placed at the time of her lower lid surgery using micro injection needles.
