This Virginia Beach man in his mid-fifties was bothered by the skin hanging from his upper lids. We discussed a brow lift to give him a more dramatic result, however the scar tradeoff was not worth it because he did not have a hairline to cover the scar. He opted for more subtle improvement with just upper lid blepharoplasty. Of course the result is limited by his brows still being low but on the other hand, the approach for men should always be subtle with the upper lids and the brow. He is very happy with his very natural rested rejuvenation.
