Although fat grafting accompanies the vast majority of the blepharoplasty or eye lid rejuvenation surgeries that I perform, sometimes fat grafting is used alone very effectively. Often fat can be injected to correct hollowing beneath the lower lids and sometimes hide bulging fat beneath the eye.
