This young woman from Virginia Beach was concerned about her tired look that she felt was due to the dark circles under her eyes. She had the bulges of fat removed from beneath her eyes, marked X. However, the dark circles would have persisted if fat was not used to fill the hollows further down, shown by the upper arrows. Also she had fat injected into the “pre-jowls” (lower arrows). She is very pleased with how effective the fat continues to be and how natural it looks. Very little, if any, will go away after four months assuming her weight is stable.
